Official civil marriages at the Palau de Maricel

Next February 2nd, from 9 a.m., registrations to formalize the pre-reservation of the civil marriages 2024 at the Palau de Maricel (no petitions will be accepted before the day and time marked) will be available. We recommend you to add a couple of dates or different timetables that the one proposed.

Remember that we are dealing with official marriages and that you have to complete and send the form that you have on this page, attach the DNI and, if it is the case, the registration certificate to Sitges.

This procedure is the first step for the Palau to determine the date of the marriage to the Palau. In February you will receive the confirmation by mail to formalize the reservation when payment terms of the advance amount  (280€ for residents in Sitges or 380€ for non residents), so as to consider the reservation as existing. The subtraction of the fee is to pay the invoice, approximately one month before the date.

Valid fees right now are:
Residents in Sitges, 600€
Non-residents in Sitges, 800€

CANCELLATION
If the reservation is cancelled, the payment will not be returned.

PROTOCOL
Before the wedding, a protocol must be signed which will set the responsibilities for both parties, that you will receive with the final invoicel.

MATRIMONIAL FILE
Important, you must process the Civil Marriage File at the Civil Registry on the census with sufficient advance notice and after that to the Civil Registry of Sitges as soon as possible, (for more information, tel. 93 894 00 69, and refer the terms); In case you do not do it, it will not be possible to celebrate the Ceremony.

ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS
The Palau Maricel does not have a public elevator to access the Saló d'Or, so those assisting with mobility issues hasw to contact any company that facilitates this service.

CAPACITATS
The capacity of the Saló d'Or is of 90 people in a situation of normality, in no case is able to surpass the capacity due to safety reasons.
