The Museums of Sitges are starting a series of exhibitions of their own production, intended to bring to the public works belonging to collections that are not always reasely accessible. This initiative will make it possible to present important works of art, normally away from the public eye, and to explain various aesthetic sensitivities and desires, which as a whole already constitute a work of art.

The first exhibition is hosted by the Bertran Collection and will show works by El Greco, Goya, Vicente López, Alejo Fernández or Juan de Zurbarán, among others.

This new series of exhibitions is fully linked to the DNA of the Museu del Cau Ferrat and the Museu de Maricel, forged on the basis of private collections.
